摘　　要：目的:探讨关节镜清理术治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效。方法:对44例62个膝骨性关节炎行关节镜清理术。结果:随访2～2.5年。治疗效果在不同时间段内进行评定,术后0.5年、1年及2年的优良率分别为85.5%(5362)、77.4%(4862)、66.1%(4162)。结论:关节镜清理术可以有效缓解患者的关节肿痛等症状,延缓软骨退变的进程,但疗效随着时间的延长而降低。Objective To study the curative effects of arthroscopic debridement of osteoarthritis of knee. Methods Forty-four cases （62 joints） were performed with arthroscopic debridement. Results the All the patients were followed up for 2-2.5 years. Clinical outcomes were evaluated during the different period. The rate of the excellent and good results was 85.5 % （53/62） at six months, 77.4 % （48/62） at one year and 66.1% （41/62） at two years. Conclusion The symptoms of swell and pain on patients＇ joints were relaxed effectively and the procedure of the articular cartilage degeneration could be delayed with using arthroscopic debridement, but the curative effects could be down as time went on.
