摘　　要：目的:调查研究乡(镇)医院组建卫勤分队6年来的训练成果。方法:对32所乡(镇)医院736名卫勤人员进行11项战救技术问卷调查。结果:内科组、外科组、全科组对11项技术不会操作为"零";内科组操作很熟练、比较熟练达到66.72%;外科组操作很熟练、比较熟练达到87.40%;全科组操作很熟练、比较熟练达到82.12%。t检验结果显示,一般了解2006年与2001年比较差异显著(P<0.05),操作很熟练、比较熟练、不会操作3项差异特别显著(P<0.001)。结论:2006年的卫勤人员与2001年乡(镇)医院医师比较,对11项战救技术操作熟练程度提高特别显著。Objective： To investigate the training effect of medical support team from village hospital. Methods： 736 rescue team members were investigated with questionnaires. Results： All members could operate the skills, and in the medicine, surgery and mixture team, the percent of mastering the skills was 66.72%, 87.40% and 82.12% respectively. T - test showed that there were obvious differences in 2006 and 2001, also in the operation lever. Conclusion： In 2006, the operation lever has been improved obviously.
