摘　　要：本文对门急诊易引发纠纷的人群类型、易误诊而致医疗纠纷的疾病类型、与知情同意相关的纠纷类型、非医疗过失纠纷类型及转诊住院相关纠纷等内容,探讨了加强门急诊建设的方法。The common types of medical disputes in the outpatient and emergency departments were discussed. Then the causes of these disputes were analyzed as crowd types, disease types of misdiagnosis, the types related with being informed of the patient situation etc. Also the measures to strengthen the construction of outpatient and emergency departments were discussed.
