摘　　要：目的调查医院住院患者退药情况。方法收集我院2006年2月～12月间的退药申请单共759张,按退药原因和种类进行统计分析。结果退药情况多见于药物不良反应、患者出院、患者死亡等;退药品种以抗生素类和心血管类药物居多。结论药品规范亟待加强。Objective To investigate the hospitalized patients＇ returning drugs and analyze the reasons. Methods The reasons of 759 returning drugs in hospitalized patients from 2006. 2 to 2006. 12 were classified and analyzed. Results The reasons of patients＇returning drugs were drug adverse reaction, discharge, death and so on. The main drugs returned were antibiotics and angiocardiopathy drugs. Conclusion The standard of drugs need to be enhanced urgently.
