摘　　要：随着人们对物业需求量的逐渐增多,物业管理质量也日益成为人们关注的焦点之一。文章以提高物业管理水平为目的,建立了物业管理质量评价指标体系,并运用模糊综合评价方法进行质量评价,提出了评价结果分析的方法。Property management quality is becoming a focal-point because of the increasing demands on real estate. This paper established an index system for property management evaluation, that aiming at improving the property management. It also evaluated the property management by the way of fuzzy comprehensive appraisal, and proposed the analysis methods of appraising the results finally.
