摘　　要：高校学生工作繁忙而又杂乱,学工人员如何在繁杂的事务性工作中理清思路,如何把自己的日常工作与学生工作的整体目标、与人才培养紧密结合在一起,对提高学生工作效率、构建学生工作创新机制和加深对学生工作的认识与理解有很大意义。The college students＇ affairs are busy and jumbly. How to clearly position the working thoughts in the multifarious affairs, how to tightly combine one＇s own daily work with the goal of the students＇ affairs and the talent-cultivating are significant to the improvement of work efficiency, to the construction of the new students＇ affairs working mechanism and to the further understanding of the students＇ affairs.
