摘  要:目的研究丹参酮IIA(TanshinoneⅡA,TanⅡA)对成年糖尿病大鼠血液及胸主动脉组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、过氧化氢(H2O2)含量的影响。方法建立糖尿病大鼠模型,随机分为糖尿病(DM)组及糖尿病治疗丹参酮ⅡA(TSN)组,并设立正常对照(NC)组;利用GPO-PAP法和CHOD-PAP法分别测定三组大鼠血液中甘油三酯及总胆固醇含量;黄嘌呤氧化酶法、硫代巴比妥酸法和钼酸法分别测定三组大鼠血液及胸主动脉组织中SOD、MDA、H2O2含量。结果DM组MDA、H2O2含量均明显升高(P<0.01),SOD活力显著下降(P<0.01);经过TSN治疗后,SOD活力上升,MDA、H2O2含量无明显变化。结论丹参酮IIA可通过增强SOD活力来有效降低体内高水平的MDA及H2O2。Objective To study the effect of Tanshinone IIA on the content of SOD, MDA and H2O2 in diabetic rats. Methords Establish diabetic rats model, divided them into NC group,DM group and NC group; Use CHOD- PAP method and GPO- PAP method to measurese total cholesterol and triglyeeride levels in rats; The Molybdie acid method once measureses to hydrogen peroxide content; The MDA, SOD carries on a measurement with TBA method and Xanthine oxidase method respectively. Results The content of MDA and H2O2 were go up ( P 〈 0.01 ) obviously in DM group while the activity of SOD was distinct descend (P 〈0.01 ) ; After using TSN carry on a treatment, the activity of SOD was aseend obviously and the content of MDA and H202 have no obvious variety. Condution TSN can pass to rise the SOD level inside the diabetic rats to lower its H2O2 , MDA content.
