摘　　要：随着全球电器产业和信息工业的发展,产生了大量的电子废弃物。如何处理它们,使之达到对环境基本无污染,并使这些资源得到充分利用,成为一个迫切的要求。介绍了电子废弃物的产生、现状、危害,介绍了国内外先进的处理模式,对我国现阶段如何处理电子废弃物进行了探讨。With the rapid development of the electric appliance industry and information industry all over the world, a mass of electronic wastes are produced which raises an serious question： how to deal with these wastes to meet the basic requirement of being without pollution to the environment and making full use of them. The paper introduces the formation, current situation, and the harmful effect of electronic wastes, and makes a specific analysis of the treatment of them in China with the reference of some advanced modes abroad.
