摘  要:采用生物细胞固定化技术将氧化亚铁硫杆菌制备成珠形微生物氧化剂.其特性为:氧化亚铁硫杆菌在珠体内浓度达每毫升4×10^10个细胞,珠体直径0.5~2.5mm,珠体上的平均孔径8.0×10^-9m.用其在固定化细胞流化床反应器中处理模拟地浸吸附尾液,可将其中的Fe^2+离子氧化为Fe^3+离子,氧化-还原电位从310mV提高到550mV,调整酸度后即可用于浸出.珠形微生物氧化剂是酸法地浸采铀工艺中很有发展前途的新型氧化剂.The thiobacillus ferrooxidans are immobilized in the polymerized bead by the immobilization technology of biology cell in this paper. The bead containing thiobacillus ferrooxidans is defined as a golbal microbe-oxidant. Its characteristics can be described form three points. Its number of thiobacillus ferrooxidans in a milliliter is 4 × 10^10. Its average diameter is 0.5 ~ 2.5 ram. And the average diameter of the hole in the beads is 8.0 × 10^-9 m. The solution after absorption in in - situ leaching of uranium is simulated in the lab. And the simulative solution is oxidized by the global microbe -oxidant in the fluidized bed reactor. Then Fe^2+ in the simulative solution is oxidized into Fe^3+. The Oxidation - Reduction Potential of the solution can be lifted from 310 mV to 550 mV. The treated solution can be used in lixiviating after adjusting acidity. The global microbe - oxidant is a new kind of oxidant with a brightfuture in the technique of acidic in - situ leaching of uranium.
