浅谈印度支那华人团体的整合、团结以及发展前景

摘　　要：1970年代后移民世界各地的印度支那（以下简称印支）华人多被称为“越棉寮华人”，或“越柬寮华人”（常出现在各地的社团名称上），后两个称呼含有很深的历史背景，也有一定的政治背景。为避免误解，本文使用“印支华人”的概念。从国际华人大家庭的历史和现状来看，印支华人是一个十分独特的群体。Since the beginning of 21st Century, a separate situation took place in the leading institution of the international Indochina＇s Chinese organization, resulting from an election event in 2001. But a desire of unity and self-strengthening still exists in the broad Indochina＇s Chinese, a special group in the world Chinese society with its distinctive features, and in the leadership of communities. A new integrity and unity should be gradually achieved step by step, through the giving procedure, and under the universally accepted and democratic framework. More and more Indochina＇s Chinese are inclined to the great cause of the unification of China. The situation of ＂Being Unified against the Independence＂ from the overwhelming majority of Indochina＇s Chinese, with a common willingness, will certainly come true when conditions are ripe. At present, Indochina＇s Chinese should make endeavor for a solid basis of new integrity and unity, through a hard work of spreading and inheriting the Chinese Culture, developing and helping each other among communities, training talents for communities, promoting the consciousness of the political participation, and therefore improving their solidifying force.
