摘　　要：张力控制技术广泛应用于卷绕类自动化控制系统中。以湿式复合机为研究对象,详细论述了复合机系统的张力控制原理;并设计了一套以SIEMENS公司的S7-300可编程序控制器为控制器,以TP27触摸屏为人机界面,以多点接口为通信方式的张力控制系统。生产运行表明,该系统运行稳定,控制精度满足要求。The tension control technology is widely used in winding control systems. Wet compound device is taken as researching object and tension control principle of the compound device system was discussed in detail . And then a suit of tension control system was developed, which takes S7- 300 PLC of SIEMENS company as controller, takes TP27 touch panel as human machine interface（HMI）, and takes multi-point interface as communication protocol. Product result shows that the system runs steadily and control precision meets the demands.
