摘  要:在实验室中很难获得工业现场的负载特性,测功机的出现使该情况有所改善。但受其配套软件功能的限制,很多的负载特性难以用测功机直接模拟。针对这一问题,提出了利用可编程计算机控制器(PCC)控制磁滞测功机实现串行通信加载的方法,并设计了一新型负载特性模拟实验系统。在此基础上,对恒转矩、风机泵类和恒功率3类典型负载特性及三角波负载特性进行了模拟,利用B&R Automation Studio编程软件的TRACE在线监视功能得到了相应的实验曲线。实验结果表明,利用PCC控制磁滞测功机有效地实现了对负载特性的模拟,方法简便,易于实现且精度较高,对实验室中准确获得多种负载特性有较好的指导作用。It is difficult to obtain the actual behavior of load in industrial fields under the laboratory condi- tions. The occurrence of hysteresis absorption dynamometers(HAD) changes the aforementioned situation a lot. But constrained by its affix software, it can't be used to simulate certain load characteristics. Aimed at this problem, a method of serial communication loading on HAD which is controlled by PCC(programmable computer controller) was proposed, and a novel experimental system was designed. On the basis of this exper- imental system, four kinds of typical load characteristics were simulated. TRACE the online monitoring function in the B&R Automation studio software was used to acquire the corresponding experimental curves. The experimental results show that the proposed method effectively implements the simulation of the load charac- teristics, which is simple and accurate to realize, and sounds good to guide the acquirement of the load characteristics under the laboratory conditions.
