“歧黄”养生温灸包治疗原发性痛经的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察“歧黄”养生温灸包对原发性痛经患者的影响。方法以原发性痛经患者32例为观察对象,采用温灸包外敷的方法,治疗2个月经周期后观察临床疗效,并检测患者治疗前后的前列腺素F2 a(PGF2 a)及β-内啡肽(β-EP)的变化。结果温灸包对不同程度的痛经患者均有疗效,可使血中PGF2 a含量下降及β-EP升高。结论温灸包治疗原发性痛经有效。温灸包能够降低血清PGF2 a含量,增加血清β-EP含量。Objective To investigate the effect of Qihuang herbal heat bag on primary dysmenorrhea. Methods Thirty-two patients with primary dysmenorrheal were selected as subjects and treated by compress with the herbal heat bag for two months. The curative effect was evaluated, and prostaglandin F2a （PGF2a） and β-endorphin（β-EP） measured before and after treatment. Results The herbal heat bag had a curative effect on dysmenorrhea of different degrees and could decrease PGF2, and β-EP contents of blood. Conclusion The herbal heat bag has a curative effect on primary dysmenorrheal and can decrease serum PGF2, content and increase serum β- EP content.
