小针刀治疗梨状肌综合征60例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察小针刀治疗梨状肌综合征的疗效。方法治疗组60例采用小针刀治疗,对照组20例采用封闭治疗,每星期1次,治疗3次后观察疗效。结果治疗组痊愈43例,好转11例,显效6例,总有效率为100%,对照组痊愈6例,好转2例,显效4例,无效8例,总有效率为60%,两组疗效经R idit分析P<0.01,差异有统计学意义。结论小针刀疗法治疗梨状肌综合征疗效明显优于封闭疗法。Objective To investigate the efficacy of little needle knife for treating piriformis syndrome. Methods A treatment group of 60 cases was treated with little needle knife and a control group of 20 cases, by block therapy. Treatment was given weekly. The curative effect was evaluated after three sessions of treatment. Results Cure occurred in 43 cases, improvement in 11 cases and marked effectiveness in 6 cases of the treatment group, with a total efficacy rate of 100%. Cure occurred in 6 cases, improvement in 2 cases, marked effectiveness in 4 cases and ineffectiveness in 8 cases of the control group, with a total efficacy rate of 60%. Radit analysis showed a significant difference in curative effect between the two groups （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Little needle knife therapy is significantly better than block therapy in treating piriformis syndrome.
