刺络拔罐之“罐血”与肘静脉血的血液流变性比较

摘　　要：目的探讨刺络拔罐所放出的血(简称“罐血”)与肘静脉血在血液流变学指标方面的异同。方法关节痛患者共46例。同时采集“罐血”与肘静脉血样,进行血液流变学指标对比。结果多数情况下,血液流变学指标中“罐血”除纤维蛋白原明显偏低外(P<0.05),其他指标与静脉血差异不明显(P>0.05)。结论“罐血”与肘静脉血的血液流变学指标基本相似,临床可用“罐血”替代静脉血作血液流变性的测试。Objective To investigate the similarities and differences in hemorheelogical parameters between blood from blood-letting puncture and cupping （ briefly ＂cupping blood＂ ） and cubital vein blood to provide evidence for the substitution of cupping blood for vein blood. Methods Both ＂cupping blood＂ and cubital vein blood were taken for comparison of hemorheological parameters in 46 arthralgia patients. Results There were not significantly differences in hemorheological parameters between ＂cupping blood＂ and cubital vein blood （P 〉 0.05 ） except that fibrinogen wassignificantly lower in the former （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Hemorheological parameters in ＂cupping blood＂ are not exactly the same as those in cubital vein blood, suggesting a difference between dermal circulating blood in the region of arthralgia and cubital vein blood.
