蝶脉灵注射液联合复方丹参注射液治疗脑梗死临床分析

摘　　要：目的观察蝶脉灵注射液联合复方丹参注射液治疗脑梗死的疗效及对血液流变学的影响。方法65例脑梗死病人随机分为两组,32例应用蝶脉灵注射液联合复方丹参注射液治疗(治疗组);33例用复方丹参注射液治疗(对照组)。两组均每日1次,以14d为1个疗程。观察两组血液流变学指标及临床疗效。结果治疗组临床总有效率为96.87%,对照组为78.79%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组血液流变学部分指标及血小板聚集率用药前后比较也有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论蝶脉灵注射液联合复方丹参注射液治疗脑梗死疗效良好。Objective To observe the effect of Diemailing injection （蝶脉灵注射液） on fibrinogen and aggregation of platelet in patients （pts） with cerebral infarction （CI）. Methods sixty- five pts with CI were randomly divided into 2 group： Treatment group （ n = 32） treated with Dim-miring injection and chnshen mot injection and control group （ n =33） treated with danshen mot injection. Results The clinical effective rate in treatment group was 96.87% and that in control group was 78.79% （P 〈 0.05）. Fibrinogen, blood viscosity, platelet aggregation were reduced in treatment group （P〈0.05）. Conclsion Diemailing and dansen mot injection was effective for CI.
