摘  要:目的探讨活血降糖胶囊对糖尿病高脂血症大鼠血糖、血脂的调节及对动脉内膜粥样硬化治疗的作用。方法45只SPF级SD大鼠,随机取8只作为空白对照组,喂普通饲料。其余以高脂高糖饮食加小剂量链脲佐菌素(STZ)腹腔注射诱导糖尿病模型。将成模大鼠分为阳性对照组、西药组、中药中剂量组、中药高剂量组,连续治疗1个月后,各组进行血生化指标和动脉内膜病理检查。结果中药组能明显降低血糖、血清总胆固醇(TC)和三酰甘油(TG),并对降低的高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)及HDL-C/TC比值有升高作用,与阳性对照组相比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。形态学观察发现,阳性对照组主动脉内膜出现典型粥样硬化病变,中药组动脉膜受损程度有所减轻。结论活血降糖胶囊能治疗实验性大鼠糖尿病高脂血症,有干预动脉粥样硬化的作用。Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of Huoxuejiangtangjiaonang (HXJN) on hyperglycemia, hyperlipemia.Methods Forty - five Sprague Dawley rats were divided into control group ( n = 8) which were fed with normal diet and experiment group which were feed with cholesterol animal feeds for six weeks and injected intrapertoneally with a low - dose streptozotocin ( STZ ) ( 3 0 mg/kg) at the 28th day to induce diabetes model with hyperglycemia and arteriosclerosis. Then the experiment group was randomly divided into four subgroups: Model group, mid - dose HXJN group, high - dose HXJN group and Glipizide group. After administered for a month, the blood and lipid of all rats were detected and the morphological changes of aortic intirna were observed by light microscope. Results HXJN could significantly decreased the levels of BG and TG, and raised the levels of HDL and HDL/TC compared with that in the model group (P〈0.05). The morphological observation showed that typical atherosclerotic lesions of aortic intima were appeared in the model group, while the degree of atherosclerotic lesions was obvious lighter in the group treated with HXJN than that in the model group. Conclusion HXJN could protects aortic intima and interferes the occurrence of atherosclerotic lesion.
