高压氧联合药物治疗放射性脑病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨高压氧疗法对放射性脑病的治疗作用。方法将76例确诊为放射性脑病的病人随机分为高压氧联合治疗组38例及对照组38例,两组病人分别按预定方案治疗后作临床疗效比较。结果高压氧联合治疗组治疗的总有效率达89.5%,明显高于对照组的58%(χ2=6.456,P<0.05)。结论高压氧是治疗放射性脑病一种有效的、重要的辅助治疗手段,可在临床中试用。Objective To explore the effect of combination of hyperbaric oxygen （HBO） and medicine on patients with radiation encephalopathy, Methods 76 patients with radiation encephalopathy were divided into the trial group （ combination of HBO and medicine ） and the control group（ medicine only ） . The curative effects were evaluated and compared, Results In the trial group, the total effective rate was 89, 5 %, and in the control group, it was 58%. The deference of effective rate was significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）, Conclusions HBO is an effective,important and auxiliary, treatment for patients with radiation encephalopathy.
