摘　　要：介绍江西省灾害性洪水的特点及规律,提出新时期江西防汛的基本方针和思路,以全面协调可持续的科学发展观为指导,积极推进防汛抗旱工作“的两个转变”,以洪水风险管理为基础,走综合治水之路.The characteristic and law of the flood of Jiangxi were introduced. The basic policy and thought of the flood control for the new period in Jiangxi province were proposed. Under the sustainable scientific development outlook, two changes of flood and drought control should be made and based on the risk management of flood, the comprehensive method of flood control should be adopted.
