摘　　要：十四届三中全会后,以江泽民为核心的第三代领导集体根据两岸关系的新形势和台湾岛内出现的新情况,与时俱进地提出了一系列富于创新性的对台方针政策和主张,有力地推动了祖国统一的历史进程。Since the 3rd plenary session of the 14th congress of CPC Central Committe, theleaders of the Party of the third generation, with Jiang Zemin as its core, puts forward a series of innovative policies and contestations according to the new position of across the strait relations and the newly occuring situation in Taiwan, and thus effectively promotes the unification of our country.
