摘 要:提出了钠钾工质碱金属热电转换器的概念,论证了开展钠钾工质碱金属热电转换器基础研究的意义,介绍了NaK-BASE管的制备方法,开展了NaK-BASE管—α-Al_2O_3绝缘过渡件—金属法兰之间的活性焊接和NaK-BASE管外表面电极多孔薄膜的制备等关键技术的探索性试验研究。试验结果表明,NaK-BASE管与α-Al_2O_3管以及α- Al_2O_3管与钛合金件之间的钎缝的漏率均达到10^(10)Pa·m^3/s级以上。采用反应性磁控溅射技术,在NaK-BASE管外表面制备了TiN电极多孔薄膜。The concept of alkali metal thermal-to-electric converter with NaK working fluid (NaK-AMTEC) was presented in this paper, the significance of research on NaK-AMTEC was described, the preparation procedure of NaK-BASE tube was simply introduced, the methods and skills of active brazing was investigated for joining of NaK-BASE tube, α-Al2O3 transition section and metal flange, and the preparation processing of porous electrode film on the outer surface of NaK- BASE tube were explored, too. The results show that both the leak rate through the active brazing layer between NaK- BASE tube and α-Al2O3 transition section, and the one between α-Al2O3 transition section and Ti alloy flange are above the grade of 10^10pa·m^3/s. Thin porous TiN film electrode was deposited on the outer surface of NaK-BASE tube by magnetron sputtering system.
