免疫调节治疗小儿复杂性热性惊厥的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 研究免疫调节剂对复杂性热性惊厥患儿的治疗效果。方法 对69例复杂性热性惊厥的患儿先注射1次人血免疫球蛋白，随后服用维生素AD和锌制剂3个月，治疗前后进行脑电图和血清免疫球蛋白检测，同时观察停服抗惊厥药物发热时有无惊厥发作。结果 有62例患儿发热时无惊厥发作（89．8％），35例EEG异常患儿有21例恢复正常（60％），53例免疫功能得到提高（76．8％），总有效率75．4％。结论 免疫调节是治疗复杂性热性惊厥的一种有效方法。Objective Studies the immunity conditioner to the complex thermal property convulsion trouble treatment result. Methods First injects 1 time person blood immune globulin to 69 example complexity thermal property convulsion trouble, afterwards takes Vitamin AD and the zinc preparation 3 months, around the treatment carries on the electroencephalogram and the seroimmunity globulin examination, simul- taneously observes stops the clothing anticonvulsant gives off heat when whether there is faints from fright the outbreak. Results Has 62 example troubles give off heat when the non - convulsion to manifest suddenly （89.8%） ,35 the example EEG unusual trouble to have 21 examples to re- store the normal （60%） ,53 example immunity function to obtain enhances （76.8%）, total effectiveness 75.4%. Conclusion The immunity adjustment is treats the complex thermal property convulsion one effective method.
