摘　　要：高等教育进入大众化阶段,大学的二级学院都有一千多甚至几千名学生,基本上都实行校、院二级教学管理,院作为高校的二级教学管理单位如何确保教育教学质量值得研究,教学档案是反映教学质量和教学管理水平的重要依据,加强教学档案建设,提高院教学档案利用率是取得良好的教学质量管理的手段之一。With the populizaion of high education, schools of university usually have one thousand or more students, basically managed by the university as well as schools of the university.It is worth researching for schools to ensure the teaching quality.Teaching files can reflect teaching quality and teaching management. Enforcing teaching files construction and improving its utilization ratio can help to obtain good teaching quality management.
