摘　　要：目的 探讨应用种植机拔除下颌低位水平阻生智齿的护理措施.方法 回顾性总结246例患者应用种植机拔除下颌低位水平阻生智齿,加强患者的心理护理,做好充分的准备和健康宣教,严格执行无菌操作,保证手术视野清晰,及时准确地传递器械,尽量缩短手术时间,密切观察患者的病情变化以及抗炎止血对症支持治疗.结果 246例患者应用种植机拔除下颌低位水平阻生智齿的手术非常顺利.术后有32例出现轻微肿痛,7例肿明显痛伴张口受限,予对症处理后缓解,其余患者伤口愈合良好.结论 做好充分术前准备,严格遵守无菌技术原则,娴熟的护理操作,配合适当的心理护理和健康宣教,这些措施都有利于提高手术成功率,减少并发症.Objective To study the nursing intervention in extracting low - set impacted molar of submaxilla by planting - machine. Methods Summarizing retrospectively 246 patients accepted extracting low - set impacted molar of submaxilla by planting - machine, to enhance the patients＇ mental nursing, to make sufficient preoperative preparation and health guidance, to apply aseptic tech severely, to clear operation visual field and transfer surgical instruments promptly for speeding up operation, to observe the patients intimately by symptomatic treatment such as anti - inflammatory and homeostasis. Results Gathering 246 patients accepted successful extraction by planting - machine, 32 were swelling and painful slightly,7 were in severe pain with limitation of mouth opening, these got symptomatic relief by heteropathy, others were well. Conclusion The sufficient preoperative preparation, severe aseptic tech, skilled nursing procedure, proper mental nursing and health guidance, all these conduce increasing operation achievement ratio and decreasing complication.
