摘　　要：文章以江苏省制造业产业集群为例,采用实证的方法研究了FDI与产业集群之间的关系。结果表明,江苏省制造业产业集群具有较强的路径依赖效应,而FDI的进入强化了这种路径依赖。文章实证结果表明,FDI对劳动密集型及资本、技术密集型产业集群有促进作用,但没有发现FDI显著地促进了江苏省资本密集型产业集群的发展。这个结果一个可能的解释就是跨国公司在江苏资本密集型产业的投资低于其在加工组装型制造业中的投资。This paper studies the relationship between FDI and the industrial clusters with an empirical research. The conclusion shows that industrial clusters of manufacturing in Jiangsu Province have some strong path-dependency effects, and the entry of FDI strengthens this kind of path-dependency. The empirical result shows that, FDI has some advancing effects on labor-intensive and capital-technology-intensive industrial clusters, but it does not improve the development of capital-intensive industrial clusters remarkably. A possible explanation for this is that multinational corporations play a less important role in capital-intensive industries than in manufacturing industries of processing and assembly in Jiangsu Province.
