摘　　要：研究了二极管激光器阵列(DLA)独立单元的Talbot外腔锁相和多个单元的Talbot外腔锁相,验证了在大电流情况下单元内部可以实现Talbot外腔锁相,远场图样显示为高阶横模的锁定。多个单元的Talbot外腔锁相实验表明,随着发光单元个数的增加,DLA趋向于局部锁相。The phase locking of a single emitter and that between more-than-one emitters are experimentally demostrated. The phase locking of a single emitter by a Talbot cavity is achieved at a high current and the far-field pattern indicates the oscillation of higher modes. The phase locking between more-than-one emitters is also obtained,and the experimental results show that wit the increasing of the number of the emitters,the emitters tend to be phase-locked locally.
