自体脂肪颗粒移植注射技术在美容外科的应用

摘　　要：目的 总结探讨自体脂肪颗粒填充矫正面部凹陷畸形的临床效果.方法 首先在患者脂肪丰厚的部位,注射器抽取脂肪颗粒,经清洗液反复冲洗后,将脂肪颗粒分点多层注入皮下.结果 本组101例患者,69例注射1次,25例注射2次,7例注射3次.95例随访6个月～3年,1例上下睑凹陷出现局部不平整,2例隆乳患者出现硬结,2例填充部位渗血,其余效果满意.结论 自体脂肪是较为理想的软组织填充材料,用于填充矫正面部凹陷、隆乳、隆鼻、隆下颏、丰阴唇等,方法简单,安全有效,患者愿意接受.Objective To conclude and study the clinical effects of implanting the autologous fat granules in correction of the facial concave deformity. Methods Autologous fat granules obtained by liposuction were washed with PBS and implanted into the facial sites of soft tissue depression by muhilayer injection. Results One hundred and one patients were treated. 69, 25 and 7 patients were given fat granules in injection once, twice and three times. Among the 95 cases followed up for 6 months - 3 years, only 1 case was dissatisfied with the sunken eyelid and 2 cases occurred the indurations in augmentation mammuplasty and 2 cases occurred tiny effusion. The others showed excellent or good augmentation results. Conclusion Autologous is a good and effective implantation material for soft tissue, it can be used to implant and correct the facial concave deformity, augmentation of mammuplasty, rhinoplasty and chin, and so on. Patients are willing to accept this technology.
