摘  要:探讨了锂离子电池正极材料LiMn_2O_4中Mn价态的分析方法。样品溶解后,在pH 6时,以二甲酚橙为指示剂,EDTA络合滴定法测定溶液中Mn^(2+)含量,与碱性溶液中络合滴定法测定Mn^(2+)含量的方法相比,该方法简单、快速,准确度高,测定结果的RSD为0.08%~0.16%。采用氧化还原滴定法测定锰酸锂样品中锰总量,测定结果的RSD为0.10%~0.33%。将两种滴定试验结果相结合,计算得到锰酸锂材料中Mn(Ⅲ)和Mn(Ⅳ)的含量,进一步计算求得样品中Mn的平均化合价。A method for the analysis of manganese valence in LiMn2O4 cathode material of lithium ion battery is discussed. After the samples were dissolved, Mn^2+ amounts were titrated with EDTA using xylenol orange as indicator at pH 6, and RSD of the results were between 0. 08%-0.16%. Compared with another method to determine Mn^2+ amounts with EDTA in alkaline solution, this method is simple, rapid and high accuracy. In addition, total Mn amounts in LiMn2O4 samples were also determined with oxidation-reduction titrimetry and RSD of the results were between 0. 10%-0. 33%. According to the above results obtained by both the complexometry and oxidation-reduction titrimetry, the amounts of Mn(Ⅲ)and Mn(Ⅳ)can be calculated respectively, and the average valence of manganese in LiMn2O4 is known.
