摘 要:为探讨味觉嗜好学习建立后对大鼠消除疲劳的影响机制,采用免疫组织化学方法,观察了味觉嗜好学习以及风味嗜好学习建立后下丘脑β-内啡肽表达的变化。结果表明,用相同程序进行学习训练后,大鼠对风味溶液的嗜好比低于对奎宁溶液的嗜好比,同时,风味溶液嗜好组大鼠SO、Pa内的β-内啡肽表达水平也显著低于奎宁溶液嗜好组,进一步证实β-内啡肽与味觉嗜好学习之间具有密切关系。To research whether the mechanism of eliminating the fatigue of rat is affected by the establishment of conditioned taste preference, we examined the effects of taste preference learning on the expression of beta-endorphin in the hypothalamus of rats and changes of the expression after flavor preference learning using immunohistochemical method. Results showed that after the same process of training the preference ratio to flavor solution was lower than that to quinine solution, and the number of beta-endorphin induced by flavor solution stimulus in supraoptic nucleus & paraventricular hypothalamic nucleus was noticeably less than that of quinine solution, It manifested that there was a close relationship between beta-endorphin and conditioned taste preference learning.
