摘　　要：针对单链式磨木机主轴频繁发生断裂的问题,运用模糊可靠性设计理论对主轴的疲劳强度进行研究,找出了主轴疲劳可靠度严重不足而失效的原因,并提出了解决问题的措施,为造纸设备的检查和维修提供了有利依据。To counter the case which main axis lost efficacy of caterpillar grinder, reliability design theory was applied to analyze it. The reason of main axis failure was found that its reliability was not enough and a solution of the problem was presented relevantly. It supplied basis for regular service paper equipment.
