摘　　要：以货币政策中介目标有效性为标准,采用计量分析方法,论证贷款总量这一货币政策中介目标之所以失效,是因为金融创新的影响力增大,贷款总量中介目标已逐步被货币供应量中介目标所取代。Taking the validity of medium target of monetary policy as a standard and employing econometrics method, the article demonstrates the fact that the invalidity of monetary policy does not result from taking loan summation as the medium target, but from the increasing influence of financial innovation. The medium target of loan summation is gradually replaced by the medium target of money supply.
