摘  要:随着我国电力市场的不断发展、输电网的逐步开放以及独立发电商的出现,传统的大电网可靠性评估指标体系无法满足要求,故应尽快建立新形势下的电网可靠性评估体系。文中在回顾和总结了近年来国内外在建立大电网可靠性评估指标体系方面研究进展,探讨了电力市场条件下可靠性研究的新方向、可靠性指标评价的新标准、最优可靠性对指标体系的新要求及大电网可靠性灵敏度分析等问题,并对该领域的研究进行了展望。With the development of power market, exoteric grid-net and the appearance of independent power generation companies, more and more new problems come up continuously. As a result, the traditional reliability index framework can no longer meet these new requirements. So a new reliability index framework need to be established as quickly as possible. In this paper, the research on the development of bulk power system reliability index framework is reviewed at first, then the new trend of reliability research under power market, new evaluation criterion on reliability index, new demand on index framework given by optimum reliability, bulk power system reliability assessment based on sensitivity analysis are discussed. And a prospect on the research in this field is presented in the end.
