摘 要:对陕北石油污染土壤分离得到的优势菌进行生态环境因素影响实验研究.实验表明,投加优势菌种的土壤中石油降解率明显高于不加菌土壤,这说明实验室分离出的优势菌剂对陕北石油污染土壤修复效果显著;而同时翻耕可进一步提高微生物的降解效率,加菌翻耕土壤中石油的降解率在42d达到了96.62%.并且微生物在较低温度下仍保持显著的降解效果.添加不同膨松剂的实验结果显示,在供试土样中添加麦皮效果最好,降解率达到87.96%,其次为稻壳,降解率达到71.19%,添加锯末效果最差,降解率仅为38.98%.The ecological environmental factors of the predominant bacteria isolated from oil-contaminated soil in north Shaanxi were studied. The results showed that better degradation was obtained in predominant bacteria-added soil. It was concluded that these predominant bacteria were more effective for bioremediation of oil-contaminated soil. The digging of soil played a better role in biodegradation process, and 96.62 % of the degradation rate was obtained after 42 days. Moreover, significant effectiveness of bioremediation could be maintained under lower temperature. In the studied experiment for addition of different expanding agents, the results showed that the degradation rates 87.96 %, 71. 19% and 38.98% were obtained in adding wheat bran, rice bran and sawdust into the soil respectively.
