丙泊酚用于机械通气患者镇静效果的观察与护理

摘　　要：目的:观察丙泊酚用于ICU机械通气患者镇静的效果,并探讨其护理措施。方法:选择38例在ICU行机械通气治疗的患者,上机后使用丙泊酚镇静,动态观察用药前、用药后、停药时各项生命体征的变化及镇静效果,并与治疗前进行比较。结果:38例患者停药时R、HR和动脉血二氧化碳分压均低于用药前(P<0.01),而动脉血pH、动脉血氧分压、动脉血氧饱和度均高于用药前(P<0.05～P<0.01),未发生各种护理并发症和意外。结论:丙泊酚用于ICU机械通气患者镇静安全有效,便于监护和护理。Objective： To explore the nursing measures of propofol in patients with mechanical ventilation in intensive care unit （ICU）. Methods：Thirty-eight patients were received propofol after being mechanically ventilated in ICU. The sedative effectiveness were observed,and the indices of respiration and circulation which were monitored dynamically in process of using drug,and till drug was stopped were compared with those observed before using it. ResuIts： Compared with before using propofol, RR, HR, PaCO2 in process of using and stopping drug decreased significantly （ P 〈 0.01 ）, while pH, PaO2, SaO2 increased significantly （ P 〈 0.05 - P 〈 0.01 ）. Complication and accident had not happened in 38 patients. ConcIusions：As a sedative, propofol is safe and effective for the patients with mechanical ventilation in ICU. through intensive care,the nursing complication and accident can be avoided completely.
