摘  要:以红宝石和新世纪番石榴为材料,对其叶片光合特性及光合色素含量等的差异进行了比较研究。结果表明,红宝石番石榴叶片净光合速率在一天的生长过程中除18:00时,都低于新世纪,叶片气孔导度、胞间CO2浓度、蒸腾速率等都低于新世纪;但红宝石叶片的可见光吸收能力,叶绿素、类胡萝卜素、花青苷含量,叶片比干质量、比鲜质量等,都分别比新世纪的高,尤其是花青苷,其含量是新世纪的46.47倍。In this experiment, diurnal changes in photosynthetic parameters and contents of pigment in leaves were compared between two guava(Psidium guajava Linn. )cultivars, ie, Hongbaoshi (purple fruit type) and Xinshiji (green fruit type). The results showed that the net photosynthetic rate (Pn) in Hongbaoshi was lower than that in Xinshiji in one-day growing course except at 18 o'clock. At the same time, stomatal conductance (Gs), intercellular CO2 concentration (Ci) and transpiration rate (Tr) in Hongbaoshi were lower than those in Xinshiji. But the visible-light absorption, the'content of chlorophylls, carotenoids and anthocyanin in the leaves, the specific leaf dry weight (SDW) and fresh weight (SFW) of Hongbaoshi were higher than those of Xinshiji. The content of anthocyanin in the leaves of Hongbaoshi was 46.47 times as much as that of Xinshiji.
