广州地区青年和老年人群血细胞参数的对比研究

摘　　要：目的探讨广州市正常青年和老年人群静脉血细胞参数的参考值范围。方法随机抽样报考广州市公务员体检人数403人和退休公务员体检390人，使用Cell—Dyn3700血液分析仪检测血细胞参数。结果各参数的参考范围（均值）如下：白细胞计数老年男组（3．31～9．37）×10^9／L（6．34×10^9／L），青年男组（3．27～9．81）×10^9／L（6.54×10^9／L），老年女组（3.12～8．10）×10^9／L（5，61×10^9／L），青年女组（2.96～8．99）×10^9／L（5．97×10^9／L）；红细胞老年男组（3．71～5．75）×10^12／L（4．73×10^12／L），青年男组（4.36～6．12）×10^12／L（5．24×10^12／L），老年女组（3．58～5．03）×10^12／L（4．31×10^12／L），青年女组（3．61～5．47）×10^12／L（4．54×10^12／L）；血红蛋白浓度老年男组（112．72～160．21）g/L（136．47g/L），青年男组（125．71～169．24）g／L（147.48g／L），老年女组（105．53～144．56）g/L（125，05g/L），青年女组（97．21～156．87）g/L（127．04g／L）。老年男组与青年男组比较：RBC、HGB、PLT、HCT、MCV、MCH和PCT均P〈0．01；WBC则P〉0．05。老年女组与青年女组比较：RBC、PLT、MCV、MCH、PCT、PDW、MPV均P〈0．01；WBC则0．01〈P〈0．05。老年男组与老年女组比较：PLT为P〈0．01，青年男组与青年女组比较：PLT为P〈0．01。结论青年成人和老年成人多项血细胞参数比较有高度显著性差异．有必要建立两者的参者值范围。Objective Explore the range of the reference of vein corpuscle between normal younger people and senior people. Method We studied 403 unselected people who want to be a government officer in Guangzhou. Within these 403 people, there are 203 male （Younger Male） and 200 female （Younger Female）. 309 people random sampled from retired government officer, there are 203 male （Senior Male） and 187 female （Senior Female）. Use the blood cell analyzer Cell - Dyn 3700 to test white blood cell （ WBC）, red blood cell （ RBC）, platelet count （PLT）, haemoglobin concentration （HGB）, mean corpuscular haemoglobin （MCH）, mean corpuscular haemoglobin concentration （MCHC）, mean corpuscular volume （MCV）, hematocrit （HCT）, red blood cell size deviation width （RDW）, platelet crit （PCT）, platelet width （PDW） and mean platelet volume （MPV）. Result The ranges of WBC are （3.31 - 9.37） × 10^9/L in Senior Male, （3.27 - 9.81） × 10^9/L in Younger Male, （3.12 - 8.10）× 10^9/L in Senior Female and （2.96 - 8.99） × 10^9/L in Younger Female. The mean values of WBC are 6.34 × 10^9/L in Senior Male, 6.54× 10^9/L in Younger Male, 5.61 × 10^9/L in Senior Female and 5.97 × 10^9/L in Younger Female. The ranges of RBC are （3.71 -5.75） × 10^12/L in Senior Male, （4.36 - 6.12） × 10^12/L in Younger Male, （3.58-5.03） x 1012/L in Senior Female and （3.61 -5.47） × 10^12/L in Younger Female. The mean values of RBC are 4.73 × 10^12/L in Senior Male, 5.24 × 10^12/L in Younger Male, 4.31 × 10^12/L in Senior Female and 4.54 × 10^12/L in Younger Female. The ranges of HGB are （ 112.72 - 160.21 ） g/L in Senior Male, （ 125.71 - 169.24） g/L in Younger Male, （ 105.53 - 144.56） g/L in Senior Female and （97.21 - 156.87 ） g/L in Younger Female. The mean values of HGB are 136.47 g/L in Senior Male, 147.48 g/L in Younger Male, 125.05 g/L in Senior Female and 127.04 g/L in Younger Female.
