多指离断伤再植的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探索多指离断伤再植技术。方法对2000年5月～2004年11月11例27指多指离断伤再植采用气压止血带下不短缩骨骼，多指同步再植。再植次序为骨骼固定→屈指肌腱→伸指肌腱→指背静脉→指动脉→指神经。结果成活25指，失败2指。成功率达93．6％。再植一指用时45～60min；平均50．0min。结论改良的再植方法使手术简便，缩短再植时间，提高了多指离断伤再植成活率。Objective Explore the technology of Multiple Severed Fingers Replantation. Method From May 2000 to November 2004, 11 cases of 27 multi severed fingers replantation using pneumatic tourniquet and non shortening bones; Multiple Severed Fingers Synchronous replantation; replantation order is skeletal fixation→flexor tendon→extensor tendon→dorsal vein→artery→digital nerve. Result Survived 25 versus to the failure of 2. The success rate is 93.6%. Replantation time referring to one fnger is 45 - 60 minutes ; An average of 50 minutes. Conclusion Improved replantation surgery is a convenient method to shorten the replantation time, and improved multiple severed fingers survival rate.
