摩特矮象草的研究和利用进展

摘　　要：综述了近20年国内外有关摩特矮象草种质资源在品质特征、产量性状、饲用价值、生产栽培管理技术以及遗传特性等方面的研究成果,并对摩特矮象草的开发利用前景作了展望。摩特矮象草具有产量大、品质优、适口性好、抗逆性强、适应性广、应用价值高等突出特点,加速推广应用,对促进我国农业产业结构调整、发展畜牧业和能源农业、增加农民收入以及生态重建等都具有积极的推动作用。The research progresses on Pennisetum purpureum cv. Mott in the past two decades were reviewed in terms of yield, quality, forage value,production and management technology, as well as genetic prop- erties. Pennisetum purpureum cv. Mott has many promising characteristics such as high yield,desirable quality,good palatability, strong resistance and wide adaptability. In conclusion, it could play an important role in the adjustment of agricultural structure, the development of animal husbandry and energy resource agriculture, the income increase of farmers and the ecological restoration.
