摘  要:为观察蕨麻多糖(PAP)对免疫功能低下小鼠免疫器官组织内活性氧自由基和抗氧化能力的影响,用地塞米松(Dex)为免疫抑制剂建立免疫功能低下动物模型,测定了小鼠胸腺和脾脏指数、抗超氧阴离子(O2.-)能力、抑制羟自由基(.OH)能力、胸腺中还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量,血浆中总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、丙二醛(MDA)水平。结果表明:蕨麻多糖能显著提高免疫功能低下小鼠脾脏指数、胸腺指数、GSH含量、T-AOC、抗O2.-能力、抑制.OH能力,降低免疫功能低下小鼠血浆中MDA水平。表明蕨麻多糖能拮抗地塞米松引起的免疫抑制,可通过调节自由基水平而影响机体免疫系统的功能。The study was carried out to investigate the effects of Potentilla anserine polysaccharide (PAP) on levels of reactive oxygen species and antioxidant activities by measuring thymus and spleen indices, superoxide radical action (O2^- )and hydroxylradicalaction ( · OH) fromimmunosuppressive mice induced by dexamethasone(Dex) (0. 5 mg per animal) in vivo by intraperitoneal injection alone or together with PAP ( 200mg/kg ). Reduced glutathione (GSH) level in thymus, total anti-oxidative capacity (T-AOC) and malondialdehyde (MDA) levels in plasma from the animals were measured. The results showed that PAP significantly raised both thymus and spleen indices . The capacity of T-AOC and levels of GSH, anti-superoxide radical and hydroxyl radical scavenging increased, but the level of MDA decreased in mice treated with PAP. These findings suggested that PAP, a natural polysaccharide possessing pronounced antioxidant activity, acted against immunosuppression induced by Dex and had effects on immune functions by modulating the levels of free radicals in vivo.
