摘　　要：从明确企业孵化器定位、企业孵化器模式的转变、企业孵化器专业人才的引进、企业孵化器的发展资金来源、完善企业孵化器管理水平和服务、企业孵化器的特色产业、企业孵化器的政策支持以及企业孵化器的实际意义等几方面,叙述了我国企业孵化器的现状及存在的问题。The current situation and existing problem of the enterprise incubator in our country were narrated from several respects, which including location, mode transition, introduction of qualified personnel, development capital source, perfection of management and service, characteristic industry, the supporting policy and the actual meaning of the enterprise incubator and so on.
