摘 要:试验以15个抗寒性不同的杏品种为材料,在低温胁迫下,通过对一年生休眠枝条的SOD、POD酶活性、蛋白质、脯氨酸以及丙二醛含量测定,采用主成分分析法,分析这5个指标与抗寒性大小的关系,用这5个指标对15个杏品种的抗寒性排序。结果表明:SOD、POD酶活性、脯氨酸、蛋白质含量与抗寒性呈正相关;MDA含量与抗寒性呈负相关;杏品种SOD、POD酶活性、脯氨酸、蛋白质含量越高,MDA含量越低,抗寒性也越强。By surveying fifteen different varieties of almonds, the author measured the changes of SOD&POD enzyme activity, contents of soluble proteins, proline and MDA of one-year-old dormant branch after the low temperature stress using the method of principle component analysis. With this method, the author analyzed the relationship of these five factors and their tolerance to cold, and ranked the tolerance of cold of fifteen almonds varieties by these five factors. The result shows that: SOD&POD enzyme activity, the content of proline and soluble proteins is positive related with the tolerance to cold, the content of MDA is negative related with the tolerance to cold, the tolerance of cold can increase when SOD&POD enzyme activity, the content of proline and soluble proteins are high while the content of MDA is low.
