摘　　要：通过对当前农民生存,生活与生产状况特点的刻画,分析其对金融支持的具体需求:治病、养老、建房、子女教育开支,农业生产与非农生产投资。虽然农村的经济在快速稳定发展,各项惠农政策不断推出,农民的幸福感与日俱增。但如果通过合理的金融支持,农民就可以过上更加美好的生活。最后,尝试给出基于金融支持力度的农民幸福指数模型以供实证检验。Trough describing present situation of survival, living and production in rural area, concrete need for finance support is medical care, aged people caring, house building, education expenditure, agriculture production and other production, farmers＇ happy feeling has been improving with the economy developing and all the present benefit policies implemented. A more happy life should be achieved if a rational financial support system is established. Lastly a happiness index model for farmers based on financial support factor was structured for future emperical test.
