摘　　要：提出了廉租住房保障水平的概念并设置了测度指标;根据建设部公布的相关数据,比较分析了各地区廉租住房保障的实施状况。分析结论表明:各地区廉租住房保障水平发展不均衡,相对经济不发达地区,经济发达地区的廉租住房保障水平较高,城镇廉租住房保障的实施仍处于初级阶段。Concept of low - renting housing security level is introduced. And the evaluating indexes are established. With the public data from Ministry of Construction of P. R. C, situations of low - renting housing security in different regions are compared. The conclusions are that low - renting housing security level in different region is different; low - renting housing security level in developed regions is higher than that of less developed regions ; the urban low - renting housing security is still in a primary development.
