补肾活血中药治疗肾虚血瘀型膝骨性关节炎的临床研究

摘　　要：【目的】探讨补肾活血中药治疗肾虚血瘀型膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。【方法】将42例肾虚血瘀型膝骨性关节炎患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各21例,分别口服中成药骨仙片和补肾活血中药,连续治疗3个月。观察两组患者治疗前后膝部评分、膝部功能评分和X线摄片的变化。【结果】治疗组优良率为85.7%,对照组优良率为66.6%,2组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),提示治疗组疗效优于对照组。两组患者治疗后膝部活动痛、膝部伸直迟滞、行走和上下楼梯困难、使用手杖支撑等评分均有改善,与治疗前比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);两组治疗后总评分均有显著性提高(P<0.05)。【结论】补肾活血中药能改善患者的临床症状和膝关节功能,为治疗肾虚血瘀型膝骨性关节炎的有效药物之一。[ Objective] To observe the therapeutic effect of kidney-tonifying and blood-activating Chinese herbal medicine for knee osteoarthritis （OA）. [ Methods] Forty-two knee OA patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis were equally randomized into two groups. Group A received Bushen Huoxue prescription （mainly composed of Cortex Eucommiae, Radix Rehmanniae Preparata, Fmctus Lycii, Fructus Psoraleae, Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae, Radix Angelicae Pubescentis, Flos Carthami, Fructus Chaenomelis, Rhizoma Chuanxiong, Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae, Radix Aucklandiae, etc） and group B received Gu Xian Tablets. The treatment lasted 3 months. Scores of joint symptoms and signs, joint function and changes of X-ray manifestation were compared before and after treatment. [Results] The effective rate was 85.7% in group A and 66.6% in group B, the difference being significant （P 〈0. 05）. The symptoms and signs of knee pain, disorder of knee extension, difficulty in walking and going upstairs and downstairs as well as supporting with walking stick were relieved in the two group after treatment （ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 as compared with those before treatment）. The total scores of clinical manifestations were also improved in the two groups （P 〈 0.05 as compared with those before treatment）. [ Conclusion] Kidney-tonifying and blood-activating Chinese herbal medicine is effective for OA.
