摘　　要：合适的合作伙伴是保证企业动态联盟有效运行的必要条件,合理地选择合适的合作伙伴组成企业动态联盟,是实施网络化制造的关键技术之一。论文运用模糊数学中多级模糊综合评判的方法,建立合理的模糊综合评判模型,为企业动态联盟中合作伙伴的综合评价提供科学的方法,可以有效的提高企业动态联盟合作伙伴选择的水平。An appropriate cooperative enterprise is essential to dynamic enterprise alliance, it is one of the key technologies to select cooperative enterprise reasonably for virtual enterprise. In this paper, an appropriate mathematical model based on fuzzy synthetic evaluation is provided, and a scientific method to evaluate cooperative enterprise in dynamic enterprise alliance synthetically is introduced. And the level of selecting the cooperative enterprise in dynamic enterprise alliance could be improved greatly by using of the model.
