摘 要:关于拉式系统模型的研究文献很多,但它们往往忽略生产过程零部件缺陷的存在或者直接假设缺陷水平为零。文章采用ProModel软件建立拉式生产方式下某装配厂的计算机模型,仿真演示了生产批量大小、交货时间间隔特别是零部件缺陷水平对装配线到岸提前期的影响。仿真结果表明:生产批量大小、交货时间间隔以及零部件缺陷水平对拉式系统的性能有很大的影响,零部件高质量水平是拉式系统顺利实施的重要前提条件。There are lots of articles researching on pull system model, which often neglecting the defect of parts or assuming the defect level equals to zero directly in production process. In this article, a computer model is created, using software ProModel, based on a certain scenario and assumptions. Simulation is done to demonstrate the effect of production batch size, defect level of parts and delivery interval on the dock - to - dock lead time of an assembly line. The simulation results show that production batch size, defect level and delivery interval have a significant effect on the performance of pull systems and that high quality level of parts is an important precondition for implementing pull systems.
