摘　　要：采用气相色谱法对乌洛托品进行了定量分析。使用HP-5毛细管柱、氢火焰离子化检测器,以邻苯二甲酸二乙酯为内标物。结果表明,此方法的标准偏差为0.0871,变异系数为0.3452%,线性相关系数为0.9991,平均回收率为99.96%。A gas chromatographic method for quantitative analysis of urotropine is described. A HP-5 capillary column was used for separation, diethyl phthalate as internal standard and FID for detection. The results showed that the standard deviation was 0.0871, the coefficient of variation was 0. 3452%, the linear correlation coefficient was 0. 9991 and the average recovery was 99.96%.
