摘 要:目的了解肺炎克雷伯菌(KPN)连续分离株整合酶基因存在情况和耐药性。方法应用双基因聚合酶链反应法对44株KPN连续分离株进行检测。结果44株KPN菌连续分离株中qacE△1-sul1基因阳性12株(27.3%)。结论在肠杆菌科细菌耐药机制中,Ⅰ类整合子起着非常重要的作用,它的3'-保守端有季胺类化合物(消毒剂)的耐药基因(qacE△1)和磺胺耐药基因(sul1)重叠基因,为Ⅰ类整合子遗传标记,整合子使细菌能够很快获得新的耐药基因以适应环境要求。Objective To survey the presence status and insecticide tolerance of the Klebsiella pneumoniae (KPN) continuously isolated integrone genes. Methods 44 cases of KPN were investigated by a pair of allelic genes polymerase chair reaction. Results The positive expression rates of qacE△1-sul1 gene were 27.3%(12/44) among the 44 cases of KPN continuously isolated integrates. Conclusions Type I Integron genes play a very important role inthe insecticide tolerance mechanisim of the enterobacteriaceae. It' s conservation end has the insecticide tolerance gene of amine compound and sulfanilamide and the overlapping gene. Integrone genes make bacteria obtain new insecticide tolerance gene, and meet the environmental requirements for type I integron genes quickly.
