摘  要:目的调查临床分离革兰阴性菌对头孢他啶(ceftazidime,CAZ)和头孢西丁(cefoxitin,FOX)耐药情况。方法收集临床分离革兰阴性菌,采用琼脂二倍稀释法测定CAZ和FOX对临床分离菌株的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果274株临床分离革兰阴性菌对CAZ和FOX的总耐药率分别为43.43%和64.59%;同时对CAZ和FOX耐药的比率为38.3%。结论临床分离革兰阴性菌对CAZ和FOX的耐药现象已十分严重,应高度重视临床分离菌株的耐药性检测与控制,防止耐药菌株的传播。Objective To study the resistance rate of Gram-negative bacteria isolated from clinical patients to CAZ and FOX. Methods A total of 274 non-duplicated Gram-negative bacteria were collected from the Affiliated Hospital of North Sichuan Medical College. Minimum inhibitory concentrations(MIC) of CAZ and FOX were determined by agar dilution method. Results The resistance rate of CAZ and FOX were 43.4% and 64.6% respective; the resistance rate for both CAZ and FOX was 38.3%. Conclusions The resistance rates of Gram-negative bacteria to CAZ and FOX were widespread. A reasonable antibiotic policy should be addressed at hospital to avoid the dissemination of resistant bacteria.
