62例肠结核的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨肠结核的诊治经验。方法回顾分析近5年来62例肠结核患者的临床病例资料。结果肠结核临床表现以腹痛、腹泻、低热、消瘦为主。46例非手术治疗全愈,16例因完全性肠梗阻、肠穿孔、腹部肿块、急性腹膜炎等并发症而行手术治疗。结论胸片、钡灌肠、电子结肠镜加病变组织活检是诊断肠结核的有效手段,绝大多数患者可经内科药物治愈,出现严重并发症时才手术治疗。Objective To summarize the experience in the diagnosis and treatment of intestinal tuberculosis. Methods Retrospective analyse clinical interrelated information of 62 cases intestinal tuberculosis within past 5 years. Results The chief complaints of the intestinal tuberculosis patients were chronic abdominal pain and diarrhea , and low fever , and emaciation . 46 cases were successfully treated by conservative therapy , 16 cases accepted operative therapy for the complications such as complete intestinal obstraction , acute intestinal perforation ,abdominal mass ,and acute peritonitis et al . Conclusion The X-ray film , barium enema , colonoscopy and pathology are effective examination methods in the diagnosis of intestinal tuberculosis, operation may be done when the complications oceur.
